We plan to deliver 25% - 35% ROI annually to investors as dividends after the gestation period of the Orchard, Plantation or Farm they have invested. The gestation period will vary based on the crop in which Investor has chosen to participate.

We primarily invest in crops, orchards and plantations of products in demand that provide yields over a multi year duration rewarding the investors. for a long term.

Agriculture is subject to risks from weather, environment, pests, geo politics, transportation, shelf life and price fluctuations due to supply/demand.

Farming is not a Get-Rich-Quick scheme.

Investment is not liquid and locked for minimum of 5 years.

There is no land ownership or land value for the investment as most of it is leased.
